While travelling through Central America, I gained unique insights into the work of several NGO's such as "La Choza Chula" in El Paredón, Guatemala. Their mission is to create locally-driven projects to ensure the educational and environmental development of El Paredón and neighbouring communities. I was taking part in a cooking class held by locals, and then decided to learn more about their projects and contribute some photos.
